Zoe created a safe, welcoming and authentic space where I could experience true presence. During the six sessions I had with Zoe I was able to reawaken deep parts of me, I had regained trust within myself and could go through forgotten memories, letting go of parts of myself I would be attached to. This trust and remembering allowed me to learn and understand my deep wounds. I enjoyed very much each session, they were all different, very insightful, Zoe was able to guide me intuitively each time.

I am deeply grateful for the whole experience. Even though it was only a month ago or so, I was feeling isolated and out of sync with my spiritual and creative self. Zoe created a safe and vulnerable space for everyone to come as they are. Having a set day and time to come into presence was like a gentle anchor in the chaos of life. I especially loved the experience of meditating in a group and sharing our process in a community. As we explored the concept of fierce compassion Zoe shared her tools and knowledge in a very loving and accessible way. Each week she gave us an exercise to do at home which further helped me to embody the week’s learnings. Only wished this course was longer!
I had the privilege to participate in 1:1 guided sessions with Zoe Wessel. 3 guided sessions of one hour next to the weekly voice note updates were scheduled upfront. Zoe has let me regain control over my mental stability, reclaim my confidence and see my true worth as a beautiful being. This all by meditating while offering mindful exercises and by talking through my thoughts and feelings. Zoe is a calm and kind spirit. I recommend any guidance Zoe Wessel offers!
I really enjoyed the format of the course — the weekly check ins and meditations worked really well for me! I loved connecting as a small group and hearing everyone’s experiences was so special. Fostering fierce compassion allowed me to deepen the connection to myself while at the same time feeling more confident in being open towards all experiences and emotional states of my physical and emotional surroundings. I do not mean Love here as an abstract ideal. I mean it most practically, the full feeling of the energy of Love that moves through us. The way we show up to ourselves and each other. The way we keep our hearts open even admits the stinging medicine

When I notice myself caught in a cycle of always wanting more, seeking the better thing, chasing something in the future, looking for ways to make this moment even better than it already is… which btw is an appropriate response in this patriar
